Role Description
The Company is looking for an energetic and experienced Chief People Culture Officer to support its continued rapid growth and a future IPO. You will be responsible for all HR activities on a regional basis, leading a small team and supporting a Company with 250 staff across 4 countries. This is an executive leadership role and is a member of the Company's executive leadership team.
- Develop strategies, policies and initiatives to acquire, motivate and develop A star talent throughout the Company
- Create programmes that re-enforce a passionate, can-do, customer-focused and fun culture
- Act as a HR business partner/consultant – provide support and guidance to the executive leadership team and managers on HR issues
- Provide guidance to the executive leadership team on strategic HR matters, including organisational change, structure, culture and senior talent acquisition
- Put in place and manage processes for performance management, career and personal development, training, pay and benefits and retention
- Help position and brand the Company as the ‘employer of choice’ for potential job seekers
- Benchmark key roles against external market data on a regional basis
- The role will require short-trip travel within Asia – up to twice per month
Ideal Candidate
- At least 12 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR leadership role - strong HR management competencies
- Strategic thinking ability – able to see the big picture, develop strategies and make decisions A people person - who can connect at all levels in the organisation and motivate teams Experience in developing strong, fun organisational cultures - a culture advocate
- Fun, dynamic and energetic self starter - thinks on his/her feet and gets their hands dirty
- Performance focused – a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team player – must be able to get on with different cultures
- Experience of developing high performing sales teams would be a real asset
- Experience in rapidly growing, dynamic businesses across Asia would be ideal
