Chief Technology Officer
As our CTO, you would be in charge of establishing the architecture and strategy for all technical aspects of Countr. Other core responsibilities include hiring, leading and establishing the culture of the engineering team. In effect, we are looking for a highly efficient coder, creative thinker, leader, and a partner. We want someone who can dream big, understands what it takes to institute a culture of accountability and also knows how to have fun. Excellence and speed are prerequisites, average need not apply.
As a partner you would have equity and competitive compensation.

- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in e-commerce and large scale transactions
- BsC or MsC in CS
- Hands on experience coding products or services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
