An exciting opportunity has become available for a Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join a team of dedicated staff in a lovely centre close to the Balwyn area.
This centre is full of natural light, generous space and filled with creative artwork in every room. This centre has a large outdoor play area to incorporate indoor and outdoor play based learning in a happy and friendly environment. This centre has been operating within the Eastern Suburbs and has built a strong following of supportive families who expect high quality of care to their children.
As a dedicated childcare professional, you will have a good, overall understanding of planning and observations and will have a genuine passion for working within the childcare industry. You must be creative and take initiative in your day to day activates.
As a Room Leader within this centre it is vital that you are motivated, enthusiastic, professional, excellent communication skills and passionate about providing the highest quality of care to children. Previous experience in childcare setting is desirable however, new graduates are welcome. You must hold a Diploma of Children’s Serves, Anaphylaxis and a WWCC.
