CHINA CFO

Our client is the most prominent privately-owned real estate firm in the United States. It's a fully-integrated, highly diversified industry leader with experience in virtually every aspect of development, acquisitions, management, finance, marketing and sales. China company, based in shanghai, is a new venture focused on new, large-scale residential and mixed-use developments in several fast-growing and dominant regional markets.

This senior position will oversee all day-to-day budgeting, accounting and reporting for the china business, including annual business unit plan/budget; periodic results reporting and budget reforecasts; tax and other reporting in both PRC and other jurisdictions including the US; development project cost accounting and control; project company accounting, control and tax reporting. You need to work closely with all company functions.

The ideal candidate shall have relevant finance/accounting experience working for or with an international organization where the business languages are both English and Mandarin, minimum of 7 years accounting/auditing experience in the real estate industry or property sector in PRC. Candidate with ability to work across international borders, outgoing personality and strong leadership abilities is highly preferred.
