China General Manager
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to the Brand Manager HK and China, this role will be responsible for the Greater China market activities as a Regional Market Manager with a strong focus on sales (wholesale retail) and a follow-up and knowledge of all brand activities related to the China market. He/She will contribute to the development of the key brand and to the Group’s regional subsidiary in Greater China.
Given a clear and well communicated corporate strategy, he/she will define strategic plans for the relevant markets, drive further sales success and revenue. He/She will manage the brand’s market activities, coordinate the development of products, oversee the operations of points of sale, supervise the activity of analysis.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an aesthetic awareness, an international outlook and an insightful mindset. This incumbent must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English; must have solid sales experience in luxury goods industry, preferable in the business of watches jewelry; good understanding of market trends in China, strong management and leadership skills; good problem solving and decision making.
