The role requires a high performing individual who is experienced in the application of Lean Six Sigma and building Continuous Improvement capability. They will have a track record of delivering significant business results, an ability to work both at strategic and operational levels, and a passion for improvement. They will be a good influencer, with the innate ability to operate at both senior management level and equally the frontline, with good coaching and capability building skills.

Requirements
* Application of Lean Sigma principles to deliver sustained value for our customers, shareholders and colleagues.
* Identify improvement opportunities define projects.
* Prepare business cases secure sign off from sponsors process owners.
* Secure resources lead improvement project teams.
* Map key processes, identify waste measure performance.
* Carry out root cause analysis model the relationship of levers on key performance measures.
* Identify, prioritise, test confirm potential.
