The engineer will be engaged in all presales activities. The engineer must have Cisco specific knowledge and certifications and specializations to back up that knowledge. The main focus will be on Converged solutions which include the Cisco portfolio. Within the Cisco portfolio we focus on IPT, Video, Contact Center, Messaging, and wireless systems. The engineer will work as part of the sales team to validate pricing requirements as well as providing presentations, configuration and product demonstrations as a valuable part of the sales solutions team. A senior engineer can demonstrate the ability to support Enterprise Contact Center solutions, Rich Media, as well as advanced applications consisting of CTI, IVR and recording services and have more then two specializations. Use of Cisco configurator to create enterprise-level solutions
Required ExperienceMust be able to work independently to gather requirements and translate those into solutions
o Provide collaboration with Sales Team to create win strategy
o Travel may be required
oMust have Cisco Telephony experience
o Must have experience with Cisco Configurator tool
o Must have Visio experience and capable of creating complex Visio's
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
o Able to relay technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
o Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
o Must maintain current minimum Cisco Certifications CCNA/DA
o Must possess at list one additional certification in addition to Cisco
o Must possess excellent time management skills
