About the role…
Our client is looking for a Citrix Datacentre Support Engineer to be a member within the Cloud Services team, which will technically manage the Citrix based Cloud Desktop and to support AsiaPac datacentre. The main objectives of the role are
- To build and maintain the cloud desktop and manage it as the core and critical service it should be.
- To ensure that Cloud Desktop services are available, from any device, globally and consistently.
- To support the AsiaPac datacentre services.
Skills/Experiences
- You MUST be based in Hong Kong and MUST be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Ideally you will be CCA, CCAA or CCEA qualified with a minimum of 3 years Citrix experience with XenApp 5/6, Web Interface, Licensing Services, Citrix Access gateway/Netscalers, Microsoft AD Group Policy, VMWare vSphere 5, NetApp SANs related technologies, Windows 2003/2008 Server, SCOM 2007R2, SCCM 2007
