With infrastructure expenditure quiet in Victoria this top tier civil contractor is well placed to offer security of work on the upcoming work that is available and provide you with long term career opportunities.
Currently staffing up for the construction phase of a major rail project they are looking to employ several Civil Project Engineer's that specialise in earthworks or related structures. All candidates must have a minimum of 9 years experience.
Tertiary qualified as a civil engineer you will be experienced in the local market and be comfortable delivering sections of work up to $15M on your own, or related sizes depending on level of role. You will coordinate work in the field and manage several staff to ensure the site's quality, safety and environmental systems are run to a high standard. You will come from a main contractor background and have already worked on local road projects, or similar, projects extensively throughout your career. Again only earthworks or structural specialists will be reviewed.
All in all this is a great opportunity to secure at least 2 years work in Melbourne on 2 of the best located major projects. Candidates MUST BE BASED HERE IN AUSTRALIA. Oversees candidates will not be reviewed. All candidates must have experience working on major earthwork projects.
The package paid will reflect your experience but will be up to the $170K+ level for the right mix of skills and project history, with additional add ons.
