One of Australia’s fastest growing civil contracting companies, who provide a range of products and services to clients within the roads, quarrying, civil contracting, rail, infrastructure maintenance and land development sectors requires a suitably qualified and experienced Civil/Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be experienced in pavement engineering, road works and highway construction. You will be managing a crew of up to 10 personnel including a graduate engineer. Other duties will include
- Day to day management of the project
- Ensuring the right products are being utilised
- Handling logistics
- Invoicing, quality assurance and reporting
You will be degree qualified and ideally coming from within a similar role/company with relevant experience in roads, highways and pavement engineering. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to lead and delegate work to others and provide accurate and timely reports are crucial elements to being successful in this role
