Claimant Professional Negligence 2+
Our client is a top fifty law firm with an impressive client list. The firm is now looking to recruit a talented Professional Negligence associate at the 2+ PQE level to join its Chambers ranked team in London.
You will join a busy and expanding team expert in advising on claims arising out of both retail and commercial lending. You will represent a variety of clients, with a focus mainly on mortgage lenders and banks in relation to their professional negligence claims. You can therefore expect exposure to an interesting and varied workload from the start. This is an outstanding opportunity with high levels of responsibility given from the start.
Applicants will have excellent academics and the relevant requisite experience from a leading London or regional firm. You will be technically sound and commercially focused. A working knowledge of land registry practice and procedures would be advantageous.
