You will join an expanding and highly expert team, working on a full spectrum of corporate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate governance. Exposure to a diverse and interesting workload is therefore promised from the outset.
Applicants must have strong academics, excellent technical skills and a solid corporate background from a respected City or regional law firm. Enthusiasm, ambition and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team are pre-requisites. A competitive remuneration package and a genuine work/life balance are offered.
