Summary:
Claims Analyst will be responsible for compiling, preparing, and analyzing data in a fast paced personal lines claims department. In this role analyst must ensure data integrity, work with all business groups to gather requirements, and create ad-hoc and custom recurring reports to support claims operations. This analyst position will also be responsible for Medicare Compliance reporting as relates to Claims Organization and CMS required reporting needs. This position is supervised by Claim Analytics Manager.

Ensures data integrity; develops reports designed to measure data accuracy.

Generates custom refreshable / reusable reports for claims organization.

Assists in the development and completion of appropriate client level ad-hoc, and recurring reports.

Supports internal users with questions related to existing reports.

Creates exception reports to identify variations and inaccuracies in data.

Identify and highlight key business trends proactively.

Recommends and champions enhancements to the data.

Produce and support Medicare Compliance reporting package.
-
Key liaison between Claims Organization and CMS.
