Monument Administrators is a leading program administrator of self insurance group programs in the state of California. We are located in Malvern, PA. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Claims Analyst to assist in the management of our third party administrator. This position does not carry a caseload, but supports the overall claims management consulting program on behalf of our self insured clients.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review new claims filed and follow up with the third party administrator.
- Maintain active diary.
- Communicate updates to employer.
- Coordinate and provide reports to management.
- Client contact as necessary.
- Monitor special account instructions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in workers’ compensation medical only claim processing; degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate, including all Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle conflict and challenging issues as they relate to customer satisfaction.
