Full Job Description

The client is well a well established player in the commercial insurance sector. The organisation has seen considerable growth over the last few years and has the ability to continue doing so. They have long term relationships with other key organisations within the industry and are renowned for their fantastic customer service.Your main duties of the role include: The main duties of the role are:
- Handle claims from advice through to settlement, as long as they fall within agreed terms.
- Apply appropriate terminology and context in each situation.
- Identify errors or missing information and extract what is needed to move forward with the case.
- Investigate appropriate circumstances under referral.
- Communicate efficiently with customers and obtain feedback where necessary.
- Support the claims manager with annual reporting where required.
- Follow agreed procedures and processes to ensure that service standards are maintained at all times.
- Negotiate effectively with internal and external parties associated with the claim where necessary.
- Ensure that an accurate claims file is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have had 1-2 years experience handling commercial liability claims. They will be looking for that next step to grow their career as there is the opportunity to more specialised. This candidate will be enthusiastic, analytical and interpersonally very strong. If you have more than fours years experience within the market this role will not be suitable for you.

The client is a leading playing in the commercial insurance market.

£dependant on experience
