Claims Resolution Administrator

My client is a leading furniture protection, care, and repair business, who have a new administration job opening. This is a great new job vacancy within their busy Claims Resolution department located in Didcot.

Over the past 6 months the business has seen the demand on their claims team increase. It is pertinent that this vacancy is filled as soon as possible in order to maintain their high level of customer service. This is an important job vacancy as the company are anticipating their work load to increase and they want to make sure they have trained some skilled new employees to handle their growing demand. You will be required to complete a number of tasks such as mentoring new starters, organisation when reporting/ filing documentation, handle all claims objectively, and have good written and verbal communication.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of communication in English as you will be required to assist customers on the phone and via email, previous customer service experience is highly advantageous and a flexible approach to daily duties is a must. You must be prepared to be faced with some challenges as customers may have some important issues to be handled, you need to work as a team and be confident when using IT systems.
