Position Summary:
As a Technical Assistant in Claims Management, you will assist Branch and Area Managers and Supervisors in the overall branch workflows, including - but not limited to - the following duties:
- General office duties and clerical responsibilities including answering telephones, mail processing.
- Creating letters, memos, envelopes, reports, and certificates of insurance
- Scanning and servicing a paperless environment
- Reviewing forms for accuracy and completeness
- Perform more advanced clerical functions related to the PC and various computer applications, including macro development, creating document templates, managing tracking spreadsheets, etc.
- Participate in special projects as assigned

Required:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to use MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Desired:
- Prior experience in a professional office environment
- Some advanced training or education related to business and office services, technologies, etc.
- Knowledge of a variety of business office and administrative processes
- Familiar with PRX/voice mail systems
- Multilingual

- Solid verbal and written communication, reading and analytical skills.
