Class 1 ADR Driver Job in Immingham, Midlands Uk
Class 1 ADR driver required for both day and night work for our nationwide blue chip contract starting October onwards for the winter months until March / April 2012, depending on requirements and weather. Day and night drivers required to deliver to other depots and external customer sites. Loading will be required in the refineries but full training will be given. Drivers will be paid 8 hours a day at standard rate with overtime paid £15.38 after the 8 hours. Drivers will be required to work 4 days out of 7 at a minimum per week. Premium rate for night drivers paid at £18.75 per shift.
You will need your own transport due to a variety of work locations. A good working knowledge of the Road Transport Regulations is essential. After completion of qualifying period, you will be eligible for company sick pay.
You will need a valid C+E licence and digi card, you will also need a current ADR in Tanks, classes 2 3. A good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
