Class Teacher + Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 Leader

This is a new and exciting role for an aspiring leader to join us at our expanding school.
South View is a vibrant, happy and growing primary school. We require an enthusiastic, committed teacher with good classroom management and interpersonal skills, who has experience of teaching within the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, to become part of the school's leadership team. They must be very familiar with current planning and assessment procedures and be able to lead effectively with enthusiasm, rigour and sensitivity. A good sense of humour is essential!
We are looking for someone who:
- is an experienced and talented teacher with experience of EYFS, committed to creativity and building a learning community, bringing together teams of staff in FS and KS1 for planning and joint work.
- has the excellent management, interpersonal and organisational skills needed to develop positive and supportive professional relationships with staff, parents, carers, the wider community and other practitioners.
- has an interest and aptitude for data analysis.
- has experience in supporting pupils with additional needs
- can lead, monitor, evaluate and drive standards of achievement in Literacy or Numeracy throughout the school.
