Position Description:

Stream Clearvision is a real-time middle-office matching and clearing system for derivatives providing true STP between front-office, exchange and back-office systems.

Fully integrated with trading systems and directly connected to clearing houses, Stream Clearvision matches orders with executed trades in real-time and sends clearing instructions to clearing houses including automatic Give Ins and Give outs.

Stream Clearvision is an industry standard platform used by major banks and Futures Commissions Merchants worldwide.
Application Support role working in a dynamic team maintaining and supporting Clients based in London on their ClearVision architecture. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for maintaining the relationship between SunGard and the Client via telephone, email and onsite meetings.. Whilst gaining a detailed understanding of both the Clearvision Application the TAM will be able to quickly analyse client's issues, provide workarounds where possible and escalate to the development team. Day to day tasks involve investigation and resolving client issues, new installations, upgrades and any projects specific to Assigned accounts.

Position Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Client Account Management
• Maintenance and Management of Clients issues Lists. Be the owner of all Clients outstanding Issues to provide follow-up actions and resolution schedules
• Client Meetings
• Client Installation and Implementation
• Project Management for Assigned clients
• Provide full support to clients on production issues, including internal handling and co-ordination of escalations where necessary
• Track issues, bug, enhancements with relevant tracking systems

Knowledge/Experience:
