Client Account Manager recruitment

The FX Client Services group is a global team focussed on Operations delivery to UBS Investment Banks most important clients. The team act as a liaison and escalation point for FX Clients and the FX Distribution teams connected with those clients.

The Account Manager is responsible to gather client feedback and needs, react based on requests by offering existing solutions, liaise with the Front Office and FICC line representatives and elaborate solutions in conjunction with FX Operations/Legal/Credit/Data.

The Account Manager has the mandate to proactively approach target clients in conjunction with all other client-facing units. An understanding of industry standards, protocols and technology is an advantage. The purpose is to increase client satisfaction and create a win-win situation in terms of costs and improved processes for both the client and Operations.

The role requires a good understanding of the FICC strategy and products, relationship management skills as well as marketing abilities. This will enable the Client Account Manager to understand the client needs and liaise with and in the interest of FI FX/CCT for the growth of our business and the contribution towards cost-effective Operations excellence.

Responsibilities:
Tracking Client interaction and service levels through feedback and industry surveys
Performing Broker reviews and engaging client on market innovation and standards
Monitoring clients KPIs (STP, Time to Match Confirmations,+ Claims)
Identifying and implementing solutions to client issues and+ internal Operations processing issues
Support to EMEA FX Sales desk for+ client queries and resolution
Managing FXMM CSO initiatives (PEX, Service+ innovation, STP enhancements and client scalability)
Supporting ad-hoc CTB+ projects for improvement and sourcing/producing business requirements
Opening clients accounts and static setup requests to adhere to deadlines for pending trades and E-tools mapping
Coordination of CRM initiatives and+ input for Client Services forum x-product in EMEA,APAC,US
Maintaining Client Static through Account reviews

Requirements
Ideally educated to Degree level
Client Facing experience/relationship mgmt
FICC Products knowledge
Computer Literate MS Office and intermediate Excel, able to work with new programmes
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, good communicator
