Client Advisor / Investment Management / Relationship Management/ High net worth recruitment

The Company:

Our client is a well known, fast growing, innovative investment management company who manages and administers assets for high net worth and private clients.

The Role:

To gain new high quality direct clients and introducers, and to maintain and develop the business with existing clients and introducers.
To present and discuss the appropriate proposition and to produce and follow through individually tailored proposals to reflect the proposition discussed/agreed.
To convert such introducers into fully signed up introducers with specific short, medium and long term plans and actions agreed with them in order to gain the maximum appropriate business from their client base.
To convert prospective direct clients into full clients with all the appropriate assets fully transferred.
To manage the relationship with each introducer in order to develop the volume and quality of business from them, including speaking with/meeting the introducer regularly to discuss their client base, and to motivate them to see further opportunities for the company within their existing and prospective client base. Keeping the introducer up to date with relevant and accurate information.
To make presentations of the company proposition to relevant groups.

The Candidate:

5 years + market/industry experience, Commercial awareness
RDR compliant
Rapport and credibility building skills, Verbal and presentational skills
Questioning, listening and written skills, Planning and time management skills
Securities representative (minimum)
Comfortable with selling, client relationship management and advising, both to direct clients and via 3rd party introducers.
