Quality Officer recruitment

Responsibilities

Under the direction of Quality Department Head, the position performs a variety of

coordination and documentation tasks such as:

• Manage and maintain ISAP procedures, policies and etc

• Manage and maintain the SLA for services provided by ISAP

• Appointed Internal Quality Auditor

• Manage and Maintain ISAP Intranet and BCP (Internet) Web-site

• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan for ISAP

• Appointed Local ECC and ECC for ISAP GRANT

• In-charge of ISAP Monthly Activity Report

• Manage offices Security Access Card system and CCTV system

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

• GCE ‘A’ Level and above

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• EXCEL, and SharePoint

• Proficient in computer software applications like MS office, Powerpoint, VISIO,

• Strong analytical ability

• Ability to perform multiple tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•  Proficiency written and spoken French is an advantage
