Client Associate – Hedge Fund recruitment

The Client Associate role is responsible for providing a superior level of service to firm clients through various forms of communication.  This role requires project management, strong communication skills,  the ability to work in a dynamic group environment, and strong organizational skills.

This includes:

• Provide client service (information requests, acknowledgement, and performance reporting issues) via e-mail and telephone as well as written to our clients and investors.

• Manage and coordinate workflow and process associated with client requests.

• Coordinate client deliverables with all departments throughout the firm.

• Operate in a deadline driven, constantly changing environment.

• Manage and prepare materials for conference calls and meetings.

• Assist with other projects related to providing exemplary client service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

• Minimum of 3+ year’s professional experience working in a client driven environment.

• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to provide leadership and direction to accomplish tasks.

• Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker.

• High energy level with flexibility to work long hours at times to accommodate special client needs.

• Time management skills; ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and balance priorities.

• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a high level of discretion.

• Technically proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Series licensing may be required.
