Ref 12082 Flinders University is seeking a Property Manager with broad real estate experience to be responsible for the operation of its expanding real property assets in the Northern Territory.
This newly created position requires the appointment of a person with broad property experience to ensure the effective property, financial, asset and facility management across a diverse and growing property portfolio. The role includes the project management of new developments, negotiation and administration of complex contracts and funding agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, administration and organisational skills are considered essential.

- Salary (HEO8): $76,509 to $84,883 pa
- Plus 17% employer superannuation
