We are currently recruiting for a Client Associate to join our team.
The successful individual may be responsible for:
- Managing all matters relating to new and existing retail clients’ investment accounts
- Interact with Orbis Access investors to deliver first-class service in providing client support and to resolve account and transaction-related queries
- Manage daily retail investment administration processes and liaise with 3 party service providers as needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness of client account and transactions
- Work on individual and group projects to continue to improve business and operational processes, where applicable
Essential Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
- General business, accounting or financial degree with a good academic track record
- A client-centric focus to build and maintain client trust and confidentiality
- Driven individual with a high standard of personal integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The candidate should enjoy working in a team environment and is flexible to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Desirable Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a client servicing role is an asset (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a strong asset but not required
