Leading Hedge Fund Investor is growing their Chicago office and hiring a Client Associate. The Client Associate role is responsible for providing a superior level of service to firm clients through various forms of communication. This role requires project management, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic group environment, and strong organizational skills. This includes: Provide client service (information requests, acknowledgement, and performance reporting issues) via e-mail and telephone as well as written to our clients and investors. Manage and coordinate workflow and process associated with client requests. Coordinate client deliverables with all departments throughout the firm. Operate in a deadline driven, constantly changing environment. Manage and prepare materials for conference calls and meetings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3+ years professional experience working in a client driven environment. Strong organization skills with attention to detail. Additional Skills required: Proven track record to successfully manage complex projects from inception to completion. Ability to provide leadership and direction to accomplish tasks. Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker. High energy level with flexibility to work long hours at times to accommodate special client needs. Time management skills; ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and balance priorities. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a high level of discretion. Technically proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Series licensing may be required.
