Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management company specialising in property investment providing private investors and high-net-worth individuals with opportunities to invest in global property markets. As part of continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Marketing to join and grow the Marketing function across the firm's various locations in Asia, based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Managing Director of the company, you will lead and expand the Marketing function across offices in Asia, primarily in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Some of the key tasks of the marketing team include brand management and positioning, event planning and execution, identifying sponsorship opportunities, driving marketing strategy, campaign management, as well as CRM and database marketing. You will lead local and regional advertising campaigns and hold media relations / partnerships as well as be responsible for PR and communications strategies. A key part of your role will focus on the development of integrated online and digital strategy not limited to social media, online promotion / advertising, affiliate marketing and ongoing development to the company website. As a functional leader, you will also have full PL responsibility of the Marketing function. To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A university degree and a professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant all-rounded Marketing experience gained from Property Investment, Wealth Management, Insurance and / or Asset Management
- Strong business acumen and proven experience in supporting commercial decision-making
- Experience in team leadership and willingness to be hands-on
- Creative mind-set
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
