Client Business Services Representative - Telecom
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday 9am-5pm
Salary: $32000 + benefits and vacation
Location: Nepean
Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from commercial clients regarding phone service
Specializing in long distance calling, toll free numbers and commercial accounts
Handle all billing and servicing issues for over 1000 clients
Email with clients who require services
Resolve problems and call back clients to ensure smooth procedures are in place
Work with team members to source solutions
No Sundays!
3 weeks paid training

Previous customer service experience
