Client Creation Team Analyst recruitment
Main responsibilities
Main contact for sales people from MARK in London and Spain
- Direct contact with London, Paris and Spain Front Office, Back and Middle Office as well as CORI/CCG/KYC London and Paris.
- To assist the Front Office in its legal and regulatory obligations for client due diligence
- Verifying the categorisation of clients awarded by the Front Office is in accordance with the rules of MIFID.
- Performing single, multiple and mass creation of client accounts in the SGCIB Client Opening Workflow (SCOW) electronic system
- Collaborating with the Middle and Back Office personnel in addition to KYC, Credit and Compliance teams if necessary, in relation to client creations.
- Provide active follow-up and support in relation to creation and validation status of client requests.
- Analyzing client legal framework and help resolve client creation issues involved.
Management of internal referential database maintenance
- Intermediary between Front Office personnel and KYC data management teams relating to changes on client information on the SGCIB referential database: corporate events, reviews, remediation.
Participation in any project or legal environment change for this perimeter
- Involvement in SCOW improvements: users testing, improvements request
- Request for tools evolution in the framework of regulatory and/or process changes
- Proposals of process improvements
- Update of documentation related to processes.
- Work in close relationship with Client Creation teams worldwide
- Advise the KYC department on the impacts any new KYC rule has on the day to day business production and client creations
Internal external contacts
- Internal : Front Office , the Middle and Back Offices as well as KYC, Compliance and Credit teams
Education
- First degree in Finance with a good knowledge of investment funds legal structure or equivalent experience
Past experience
- First experience or training period in Compliance/KYC department or asset management department
Languages
- English Fluent
- Second language would be a plus
