Client Data Analyst Lead recruitment
A high-calibre opportunity has arisen at our client-one of the world's leading financial services firms and top-tier investment bank-for a Client Data Analyst. Based in the City of London, the Client Data Analyst will become part of the 'Change the Bank' team, who are responsible for setting the Data strategy for the Investment Bank and defining the target architecture.
The client data analyst will manage the pool of business analysts within the change function and oversee their allocation to projects, programme and initiatives. The client data analyst must be a proven team leader and motivator with the qualities to drive the development of individuals and the team as a whole, as the successful candidate will participate in on-going and up-coming projects include aspects of:
-System specification, system design, and system architecture
-Use case analysis, class diagram modeling, user stories
-Workshops for translation business needs to functional specifications
The client data analyst will work closely with programme and project managers to understand their demand for business analysis resource, and will:
-Allocate the resource based on maximising capacity and meeting business priorities
-Motivate and develop the team, providing knowledge and insight on industry best practice, to achieve excellence in business analysis and all aspects of project delivery
-Provide input into the target operating/process model for client/account data
-Provide input into the logical data model for client/account data
-Provide input into the overall strategy and architecture for client/account data within the investment bank
The successful client data analyst will have:
-Proven ability to lead and develop business analysts to achieve superior results
-6 Sigma and Prince 2 experience
-Experience of client data architectures/organisations within investment banks
-Proven ability to structure high level and detailed analysis, develop strategic recommendations and present findings to senior audiences
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
