Client Development Associate (CDA) for the Dallas -Central Region

Skills

  • Strong written skills for the preparation of client proposals and internal communication.
  • Broad based knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial Services Industry overall.
  • Prefer 24 months of successful track record in sales support and/ or direct sales role.
  • Financial services industry preferred

Additional Qualification

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of feed and delivery formats for utilizing data in desktop and enterprise Solutions. Understanding what feed and delivery formats will work to meet client needs.
    Examples: Feed formats- XBRL/ XML/ HTML/ ASCII etc
  • Delivery- Bulk or portfolio delivery. Utilization of API, excel plugin, SDK , or FTP

Leadership Management Skills

  • Act as a role model for the team. Share best practices and coach others in constructive positive manner.
  • Ability to multi task and be flexible. Reevaluate regularly. Always be prioritizing activity that will best meet client and revenue goals.

Complexity

  • Understand make up of client base by segment and user type to assist sales team in putting in place territory plans to meet objectives.
