Client Director

Change Recruitment Group's client is currently seeking a Client Director to work within their team. The Client Director is responsible for managing relationships with institutional clients across the globe, including developing and converting potential business, maximising client engagement and delivering solutions. The successful candidate is focused on achieving these goals via cross-selling, representation of product offering, depth of asset class knowledge, overseeing servicing and client account planning.

Responsibilities of the Client Director:

- Supporting the Head to promote a client-centric ethos, agenda and culture firm wide

- Promoting the business as a pedigree and forward-thinking global Investment House

- Building strong relationships with existing clients and maximising retention

- Representing the breadth of investment capabilities and strategies offered to clients

- Delivering cross-sales, diversification and retention targets

- Personalising relationships with clients and implementing solutions to deepen these

- Identifying opportunities to cross sell to UK clients with bases overseas

- Ensuring sustained knowledge of product range, structures, systems regulations and compliance issues

- Approving informative, comprehensive, accurate and timely investment reports and literature

Background of the Client Director:

- Proven track record in building and /or leading sophisticated client relationship management within an asset management house

- Notable experience of cross-selling and client servicing environments

- Strong understanding of a range of asset classes

- Comprehensive knowledge of investment markets and products

- International exposure to segregated clients gained on a multi-cultural basis

- Understanding of investment strategy and control

- Experience in working within a multi-asset environment

- Global mindset and appreciation of operating in various cultures

This is a permanent position for a Client Director paying an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
