Administer the on and off?boarding of Schneider Trading Associates Limited ("STA") Clients in an efficient and compliant manner using Know Your Client (“KYC”) processes appropriate for an FSA Regulated Company

Take responsibility for all administration including:

Using the SBS (Schneider Business System) internal on-boarding tool to progress account opening

o   Ensuring paperwork is complete and compliant

o   Ensuring credit and other necessary checks are completed in accordance with best practice

o   Ensuring KYC processes are followed with an eye to accuracy and expediency

o   Maintaining up to date team sheets and other required documentation

Improving processes where possible to increase efficiency of opening

Maintaining up to date filing and archiving of hard copy paperwork

Co-ordinate multiple account openings to ensure priorities are established and client  expectations  are maintained

Maintain SBS client relationship database

Daily review of changes to facility charges for individual clients and teams

Amendments to SSC database on a daily basis to remain current and accurately reflect services being sold to clients and teams

Responding to client queries and requests for billing/services information

Regular audits of services billed against third party creditor invoices

Monthly reconciliations of all third party billings against SSC records

Ordering/cancellation of third party licences dependent upon client needs

Work closely with Business Development to ensure all new client information is clearly and smoothly communicated and entered into the SSC database in a timely fashion

Assist the HoD with maintenance and production of Management Reports
