Client Integration Manager recruitment

TradingScreen, the leading global provider of multi-broker, multi-asset trading systems is accelerating the technical evolution of the financial markets by providing a fully integrated customer-oriented trading service platform to institutional investors, including asset managers and prime brokerage clients. The proprietary TradingScreen platform links buy- and sell-side firms to facilitate order routing, algorithmic trading, execution management and clearing across all asset classes. TradingScreen provides global coverage from offices in New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

The Client Integration Manager will report to the Global Head of Client Integration Management and be part of the larger Global Services Organization.

Required Education and Experience

4 year degree in Engineering or Computer Science

3-5 years experience in a finance or technology company

Duties and Responsibilities

Interact with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Product Management and  Development) and external project stakeholders (buy and sell side clients) as a subject matter expert/consultant.  Responsibilities include:

• Perform FIX certification and troubleshoot

• Manage multiple trading system implementation projects at a high level

• Produce workflow documentation

• Manage client expectations

• Manage incremental projects for clients already live with the product

• Write meeting agendas and minutes.
