Excellent opportunity for a native French speaker with fluent English to work in a demanding Client focused role in a global Banking institution
The role is based within Client Integration which delivers a range of global connectivity banking solutions for the Group’s clients throughout Europe.
The role provides first line Level 1 functional and technical support in a local language to a top tier French client base
Provide client integration management and consultancy services to Key Account clients which includes client consultancy, integration projects, site visits and client training.
Identifying opportunities to streamline clients’ integration processes and cross sell opportunities.
Oversee integration projects which will handle all aspects of global and regional cash management solutions (including; liquidity management, payables management, receivables management, delivery systems and Trade solutions)
Offer best advice when future proofing client solutions and assist effectively implement client cash management solutions

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Payments and Cash Management
Past working experience in a relevant role, ie. good knowledge of business requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Supported project teams/managers, showing an understanding of the basic principles of project management

However key requirements are fluent French / English and some Banking experience
You must have a vibrant , energetic and lively personality
