Client Integration Project Executive, Vice-President recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide program estimating, planning, management and leadership for Global Services client integrations
•Coordinate delivery of business and technology change within Global Services along with integration activities of clients
•Manage Client Integration across the end-to-end Client lifecycle from initial business lift-out through successful transition onto State Street technology products and platforms

Major responsibilities include:
•Management, coordination and delivery of change program
•Program planning, tracking, reporting and client communications
•Leadership of governance model, communications and culture across business and technology to enable the achievement of integration goals
•Driving strategic direction for IS global deal integration, ensuring consistent processes and tools

Skills

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•Minimum 15 years financial services experience including 5-10 years project/program management experience
•Proven managerial, leadership and program management skills
•Proven relationship and vendor management skills
•Proven communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
•Proven risk evaluation management skills
•Proven ability to work effectively with senior management
•Ability to influence
•Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Team player
