Client liaison officer
My client, a profitable and growing company based at Burgess Hill, require an administrator to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities include:
· To record all new customer details on the necessary IT systems and take responsibility for basic maintenance and upkeep of the system (no specialised IT skills required).
· To report on your workload in accordance with requests from your management or your developers.
· To receive and respond to emails, telephone calls and letters from customers.
· To ensure associated performance targets are met and exceeded where possible.
· To attend Developer review meetings out of the office (Typically no more than once per month).
· To help the company develop excellent working relationships with our customers.
· To attend Team Meetings
· To play a part in the general office management and upkeep.
· To respond to the reasonable requirements of the business as an extension of this Job Description.
The ideal candidate will have had some previous admin experience in an office environment, be articulate with a good telephone manner, and be experienced with the use of Microsoft office packages, including word and excel.
