Basic Purpose

To maintain high standards of service quality to assigned institutional investors under moderate supervision.

Primary Job Duties

Responsibilities

• To ensure that client needs and expectations are consistently being met and exceeded.

• Work with various operational units and divisions to provide high standards of service to clients.

• Responsible for increasing revenue through expansion of existing services and cross-selling new products to existing clients.

• Oversee project management for new business and client services initiatives.

Focus of the job is to provide high standards of service quality to clients in Brunei Darussalam, on independent basis. In addition, it is required to support the business unit in expanding our product range and client base by coordinating and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) as well as tracking the sales progress effectively.

Minimum Job

Specifications

• A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.

• Up to 5 years’ relevant experience in investment management firms, custodians or investment banks with preference for candidates with client services and sales support experience.

• Good working knowledge of securities investments, operations and accounting is essential.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and one regional language such as Bahasa, is preferred.

• Equipped with excellent inter-personal and communication skills, coupled with experience in designing and delivering presentations.

• Must also be able to thrive in a deadline-driven and detail-oriented environment, armed with good organizational and problem solving skills.
