Client Manager
Creative and imaginative quantitative researcher, passionate about consumer behaviour, is currently required by a friendly team within a global market research group, to work as a trusted Client Manager to their varied account base of fresh foods clients.
The successful candidate will relish the prospect of relationship building at a senior level within a client base of well known Food groups. The Client Manager will work as an expert in this fast moving industry to become a trusted partner to brand and product managers and insight teams in all research activity, to help them to develop strategies for marketing activity including NPD.
The company requires a candidate with knowledge of market research as well as a creative approach and stamina to work in one of its fastest growing divisions.
• Helping to deliver analytical based projects, using position as a trusted advisor to have a beneficial impact on your clients business
• Reviewing offerings and processes to guarantee the ongoing efficient running of projects from brief to insight delivery
• Maintaining a close dialogue with clients to make sure they are kept aware of the benefits of the research consultancy available
• Working closely with other client services teams to develop the reputation of the company further
Essential attributes for this role include:
• A natural ability to work creatively with quantitative data in large datasets in order to generate insight
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in delivering insightful presentations that will have a real impact on client business
• Confidence to propose and deliver highly relevant solutions to meet client needs, client facing experience
• Logical mind that can challenge client briefs and break them down into real business needs
• Passion for consumer research and analysis
