An exciting opportunity exists for a high calibre individual to join the Queensland Client Management team within WIB Global Transactional Services in Brisbane.
A successful Client Manager is responsible for proactively managing the transactional banking relationship of a portfolio of high value Corporate and Institutional customers, with an emphasis on growing the business. This includes being responsible for implementing our strategy of client intimacy through understanding the clients business, and building the value proposition of suitable cash management solutions tailored to meet the customer's needs.
You will be an enthusiastic, self-driven, and client focused individual who is committed to the account planning process, and drive business development opportunities within your portfolio. You will be results driven to ensure both individual and team goals are achieved. In addition, you'll have a natural ability to build good rapport with your customers and business partners, and be able to leverage your skills to maximise new and/or existing business growth opportunities.

Major Accountabilities of Position
- Enhance key client relationships and increase client satisfaction and loyalty through regular account planning and relationship review disciplines
- Demonstrate inquisitiveness, creativity and a natural tenacity for achieving results
- Provide support to Relationship Managers and other key stakeholders responsible for business progression
- Identify and gather relevant information specific to client opportunities, drivers issues to further extend/enhance transactional solutions
- Manage client relationships and demonstrate depth of exposure in influencing and rapport building skills
- Work closely with Client Enquiry Managers to proactively advance service management opportunities to improve client performance
- Have overall responsibility for the management of transactional client relationships and the resolution of client issues arising from complaints/feedback
