The Company
Our client is a leading global reinsurer and financial services group.

The Role
The role requires successful candidate to maintain / develop relationship with assigned clients including marketing, underwriting, administration, claims handling, technical and financial accounting in support of the achievement of the Client Management Team and Business Unit Strategic and Financial Objectives.

You have to manage an assigned portfolio of clients maximising our involvement on such business in line with optimal and efficient utilisation of SR resources and at all times ensuring appropriate premium and profitability targets are met. In addition to identifying opportunities to develop assigned clients through the value spectrum, you are also required to develop business plans including budgets, marketing objectives and strategies in respect of the portfolio of clients agreed by the Head of Client Management.

Your Profile
You need to have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant life insurance or reinsurance experience, preferably with regional / international exposure. You need to be an action oriented individual with 'hunger' to achieve great results. You are a self-stater who is persistent and determined. Apart from being confident and well networked (insurer contacts), you need to be an excellent negotiator who are creative at problem solving and has great knowledge of SEA markets.

You must be willing to travel and a team player who is able to deliver under pressure. Other than a degree, actuarial qualification would be advantageous.
