Client Manager – (New York) recruitment
You will encourage user take-up, increase user satisfaction, develop new business and resolve user support queries.
Demand for our products (TIM Ideas, TIM Funds and TIM Services) is growing globally and we are gaining significant market share.
Client Managers help our customers make the most of our services.
Whether the task is helping a TIM Funds user to understand the best functions to use for equalisation assets, or a TIM Ideas author to make the most of his or her performance compared to a relevant benchmark, our Client Managers are the product sponsors who drive our growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Administer user access
- Respond to end-user and technical queries from customers received via email and telephone
- Train end-users and help them to troubleshoot problems
- Identify defects and report them to our Development team
- Expand the TIM Ideas subscriber base at existing accounts
- Build TIM Ideas usage among existing subscribers
- Provide support to TIM Ideas salespeople (for example, demonstrating TIM Ideas and providing training to prospective users)
- Identify useful new features, and work with our Development and Product Management organisations to implement those features
- Oversee invoicing and collections
You will work as part of a team that includes sales people, business analysts, developers, and product managers. You will work with colleagues that will impress you and help you.
