Client on Boarding (6 months Contract) recruitment
Our client is a world-leading financial services company, advising clients in all aspects of finance, around the world, around the clock. They operate in three global divisions – Private Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management.
Job Responsibilities
Execute the manual processes required for on-boarding a large number of users.
In particular:
- Compile lists of users to be on-boarded based on business requirements.
- Ensure that all relevant user information is complete.
- Utilize internal systems in order to raise user setup requests for multiple applications.
- Create customized text files for batch processing of user setup for multiple applications.
- Maintain the list of users to be on-boarded along with the status for each user and application.
- Coordinate with various application groups to ensure that requests for user setup are completed.
- Validate that each user was set up successfully through communication with application groups and/or special tools.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should display the following attributes:
- Strong Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Degree holder preferred
- Time management – ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Teamwork – must be a real team player willing to take on tasks / functions as the workflow dictates.
- Customer Service - to ensure that we provide a high and consistent standard of service.
- Control orientation – should have an appreciation of the importance of segregation of duties and the need to maintain unresolved outstanding queries to a minimum level.
- Experience in operations and good general knowledge of banking products is required
