Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in client on-boarding in financial markets
- Experience working with external clients and supporting internal teams
- Computer and systems literate
- BA/BS Degree
Competencies
- Understanding of AML and KYC documentation requirements and structure of trading counterparts
- Experience with client screening tools, e.g., Complinet, World-Check, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese also desired.
- Prudent in escalating potential risk to the Firm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision and accuracy
- Proactive, Self-motivated
- Team oriented, both locally and globally
- Aptitude to deal autonomously with client’s issues and complaints
- Highly responsive and client-orientated with strong commitment to client service
- Ability to deliver while working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation on a global basis, including sales, legal and compliance, risk and data maintenance teams
- Ability to adapt to new changes and new challenges
- Tenacity coupled with a positive attitude when dealing with complex situations
