Client On Boarding/KYC/ Reference Data Manager recruitment
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage day to day AML/KYC due diligence process
- Approve the account opening once 3
- Lead Reference Data Project
- Establish the workflow for above data set up as well as maintenance model
Required skill
- Solid VP with experiences in this industry
- Strong background knowledge in KYC and/or Client On-Boarding
- Good Project Management experience
Preferred skill
- People Management skill and People Development skill required
- Solid technical exposure to KYC investigative tools
- Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate
