Client Onboarding Associates/ AVP
Our client is a reputable and well-established bank with a strong presence in the world’s major financial centres.
Due to business expansion, they are presently looking to grow the client onboarding team. The roles are at associate or AVP levels.
You will be part of a high-performing team that provides support to the front office sales business by acting as the single point of contact for all client onboarding-related issues and queries. You will work closely with functions across the bank (e.g. KYC, AML, credit and legal due diligence, operations etc) and manage collaborative working relationships with the front office business stakeholders (business heads, desk heads) to ensure the successful completion of the onboarding process.
You should be degree-qualified with relevant experience in client onboarding, compliance, legal or middle office client services and have a good understanding of the dynamics of the full client onboarding process. You should also be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage strong relationships with stakeholders.
