Client Relations Associate
*9 MONTH CONTRACT - HIGHLY LIKELY TO CONVERT INTO PERMANENT ROLE*
Our client, a leading company who provide online presentations for financial institutions, are looking for an experienced candidate to join their small team - initially on a 9 month maternity cover contract, it is extremely likely that this role will be made permanent.
Established close to 20 years ago, our client offer their B2B clients a range of services including online roadshows, data room services and secure document distribution systems. They pride themselves on offering a world-class customer service experience and currently have a team of 6 in London, offering just that. The company have over 60 employees worldwide, with offices across the USA and in Hong Kong.
Joining the small office of 6, your role will be to:
- Provide superior service to all high profile clients
- Manage and grow the business relationship with clients
- Manage projects through to completion
- Meet and exceed deadlines and strict turnaround requirements
- Build lasting relationships and maintain excellent rapport with clients
- Ensure all client issues are resolved in an expedient and appropriate manner
It is expected that you will handle in excess of 50 daily inbound B2B queries, both over the phone and email. General queries will include service issues, troubleshooting and complaints, and it is expected that you will handle these professionally. In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working within a customer service (telephony) capacity
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Enthusiastic work ethic
- Availability to interview start immediately/on a very short notice
Working hours will be Monday to Friday and based on a rota of three separate shifts: 8.00am - 5..00pm; 9.00am - 6.00pm; 10.00am - 7.00pm
