Our client, a successful global investment management company, is looking to hire a Client Relations Manager.
Job Description
As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Communication with clients and leading of new client account process
- Timely management of client requests, queries and needs
- Reviewing investment agreements and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations
- Management and improvement internal business processes for highest standard
- Providing guidance to junior associates and managing the performance and development of team members.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a highly motivated individual and must possess the following:
- 7 - 10 years of related experience in client relations
- Strong written and oral communication skills - both externally and internally
- Management experience is a must
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the financial industry , client services and portfolio administration.
