Client Relationship Manager
The objective is also to help free up the Regional Sales Director’s time to focus on executing on the overall regional sales strategy. This position is the primary contact point between the sales region and internal support areas (Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations). The role seeks to provide the highest level of service to clients and prospects. - Responsible for coordinating the Client Take-on Process (aka Business Implementation) to ensure that the support departments have the necessary information in a timely fashion and are engaged in the process.
- Cross selling and product update calls/meeting are a very important part of the role.
- Assists in prospecting Clients through the following channels: UK: financial advisors/brokers, banks, and insurance companies; Middle East also includes Institutional clients mainly through segregated mandates.
- Manages internal component of regional sales strategy and ensures alignment with International business strategy.
- Working knowledge of support department needs and processes to facilitate their activities
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring activity metrics for entire sales team.
- Responsible for overall client servicing including making sure client issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Coordinates the preparation of client materials, which may include routing items for legal/compliance review, maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating mailings and quality checking client reports and statements.
You should be a graduate with a min of 5 years experience of Relationship Management from within Mutual Funds or Financial Services from CRM ,Operations,Project Management ,Sales
Professional Qualifcations are essential such as IMC or CFA
Knowledge of the UK market place and operational practices is essential
Working knowledge of the Middle East would be an advantage
